At Elestira, we aim to keep shipping straightforward and transparent - with clear timelines, free delivery across the UK, and updates at every stage. Below you’ll find details on how your order is processed, shipped, and tracked.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working towards offering it in the future.

Shipping Times & Order Cut-Off

  • Order Cut-Off: 17:00 (London time, Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time, as well as on weekends or UK public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the courier.

  • Transit Time: 4–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from when your order is placed.

Shipping Cost & Service

  • Cost: Always FREE - no minimum order value required.

  • Carriers: We work with reliable UK delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

  • The courier is selected automatically depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link.

Address Changes

  • Before Dispatch: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. We can make changes if your order has not yet been shipped.

  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been sent, changes may not be possible. In many cases, you can update delivery preferences directly with the courier via your tracking link.

Missed, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates or delivery attempts.

  2. Look in safe places around your property or check with neighbours.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@elestira.com with your order number.

If your parcel is confirmed lost or has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, we will provide either a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged Parcels

We apologise if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and affected item(s). Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery of available items, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost. Each shipment will include its own tracking link.
